Best AMD motherboard vendor?

I am hardware Reseller . I am asus platinum paterner & selling asus motherboards for 10 years. Recently i did not get support for asus m3n motherboard. I tried to use amd opteron 1216 cpu ( am2 platform) on this motherboard , this combination has worked earlier , but for some boards windows xp was giving errors.
We approched asus which flatly denied there responsibility & said its Server cpu & is not compatible with this board. In practise we are using this combination & did not find any problem.
Frustated with asus , i am looking for alternate board vendor. MSI & gigabyte are not having build quality of asus & components are not at par with asus.
Can some one suggest good quality alternate , i searched for Tyan which looks impresive but seems very expensive. Can some one suggest good quality alternate for asus?

Well, for server boards Tyans are best outside of Asus. Asus really is the best, and you should stay with them. But if you must have good server boards, you will pay for Tyans. Like I said, I would stay with Asus.
